This has been a cold January so far, with record cold. The “arctic vortex” has finally left us and today we are creeping back toward normal temperatures. It all started with a snowstorm that dumped over 12 inches of snow at our house (more than the last 2 winters combined). Then temperatures plummeted to where, for 2 days, the highs for the day never even made it to zero degrees. Here are some cool pics from the snowstorm:
